You've seen them all over the shelves in stores, but just how beneficial are they really? New brands of vitamin-infused water drinks are popping up all over the place, but are they a viable substitute for daily vitamins?

According to registered dietitian and nutritionist, Angela Ginn-Meadow, drinking a bottle of "VitaWater" certainly can't hurt, but it will only provide 25 to 50 percent of your total recommended vitamin intake. When it comes down to it, taking an ordinary multivitamin is much more beneficial and cost-effective.
