The following are examples of what is available to Members who decide to lose fat, gain lean muscle and stay healthy with Track Your Diet .com.

Journal Entry

The journal entry section allows you to make numerous entries each day. The time is automatically set to the current time, but you have the option to change it using the up/down arrows on either side of the time. You are also able to make changes to the journal entries at any time by simply clicking on the 'edit' link. Since we feel that Journal entries are such an important aspect of ensuring your success, you will have many options to view, add, and edit your journal entries throughout the members' area.

It is now 6:22 AM and I am feeling great this morning. I already have my diet and exercise program figured out for today. I am off to the gym first thing this morning after I have a good breakfast. I can't wait to get the day started.

Just finished breakfast…Unfortunately, the power went out this morning, so I couldn’t cook my egg whites. Instead I ate Fruit Loops. Not feeling that great anymore. I am tired and sluggish after the sugar high. Going to hold off on the gym for now, maybe I will go later? ;(
