The following is an example of what is available to Members who decide to lose
fat, gain lean muscle and stay healthy with Track Your Diet .com.
Daily Nutritional Information
Your daily nutritional information is displayed on the left hand bar of every
page allowing you to quickly and easily see if you are eating within your daily
requirements. This not only includes Calories, Protein, Fat, and Carbohydrates,
but also the percentage breakdown of each item. This can be very benefitial if
you are on a diet that requires you to be in a particular range such as the
40-40-20 range.

Set Your Daily Feeling
Each day ave the option to change how you are feeling each day to keep accurate
records of the days that you felt great or terrific, then on the days that you
are feeling a bit blue, look back for those great days to see your thoughts and
idea within your Journal, what goals you had set for yourself, and the food
that you had consumed.
