Adding Items To Daily Diary
Once you have added items to your Personal
Food List, you can then begin to Track Your Diet by selecting the food
that you have consumed for a given meal from 'My Kitchen'.

You will then have the ability to:

Confirm your entries

Change serving sizes
-
Set if the food entered is 'Planned' or 'Actually Eaten'

Set how you are feeling for the day

Add Individual Meal Note and Journal Entry
